Titan XQ 400 AC puls

Titan XQ 400 AC puls – the revolution in aluminium welding
With the acArc puls XQ alternating current welding process of the new Titan XQ 400 AC puls, MIG aluminium welding becomes even easier in both manual and automated applications. Create clean weld seams on even the thinnest metal sheets without traces of smoulder with MIG-AC, even when using AlMg alloys.
With the acArc puls XQ, the polarity switches between positive (pulse) and negative during the process with the heat shifting from the material to the welding consumable. Air gaps are effectively bridged and welding fume emissions reduced.
In addition to the acArc puls XQ process, all of the established XQ welding processes are also included with the machine at no extra cost.

Your Titan XQ 400 AC puls can also be fitted with other useful options:

DGC: Electronic gas flow control – efficiency through gas savings thanks to accurate settings

WHS: Wire spool heater – reduces the formation of hydrogen pores by preheating the welding wire

WRS: Wire reserve sensor – minimises the risk of seam defects as a result of the wire running out during the welding process

Titan XQ puls compact

Titan XQ C puls – space-saving and versatile
The Titan XQ compact with its 350 A and 400 A models is ideal for welding booths, trade and training. When combined with the optional miniDrive intermediate drive, the action radius can be expanded to up to 30 meters. Even requirements as those in vehicle body construction are no problem with this technology. And of course, all the other innovative XQ welding processes are included in the price ex works.

Taurus Steel

Taurus Steel – faster steel welding in perfect quality
Taurus Steel is your powerhouse for steel welding. Our new MAG multiprocess inverter welding machine is designed for use in industry, trade, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering and container construction. As well as optimised characteristics for non-alloy and low-alloy steels, the Taurus Steel also features characteristics for solid and flux-cored wires up to 1.6 mm and can be used with CO₂.
The Taurus Steel is characterised by its easy-to-use controls and highly flexible casing concept.

Choose from three welding machine variants:

Taurus Steel puls: Inverter pulse welding machine with synergic control concept and optimised characteristics for steel
Taurus Steel Synergic: Inverter welding machine with synergic control concept and optimised characteristics for steel
Taurus Basic S: Inverter welding machine with twin-knob operation

All variants are available in two power variants:

500 A (60% duty cycle)

Flexible robot cells – your introduction to mechanisation

The flexible complete system for robotic welding from EWM makes it easy to get started in mechanised or automated welding − even for small companies. You receive a ready-to-weld robot cell, providing an optimal solution for your MIG/MAG or TIG welding tasks. You will find all the components you need already integrated. Depending on your requirements, we equip the station with robots from Fanuc, Kuka, Universal Robots or Yaskawa.

Built-in MIG/MAG and/or TIG power source including cooling unit
Easy-to-access wire feeder for quick wire changes
Easy to change the welding torch thanks to the new change device, e.g. from MIG/MAG to TIG
